The Professional RegulationCommission (PRC) will released the November 2014 Nurse Licensure Examination (NLE) Room Assignment that held in their designated testing centers across in the Philippines. PRC will conducted the Nursing Board Exam this coming Saturday and Sunday, November 29 & 30, 2014.
Here are the NLE Room Assignment and designated testing centers in various cities of Manila, Baguio, Laoag, Angeles, Cabanatuan, Cebu, Dagupan, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, Zamboanga, Cagayan de Oro (CDO) and Bacolod.
Note: The list of Room Assignment showed below will be available once the PRC released.
Information!
Aspiring examinees should report on their respective testing centers/rooms before 6:30 a.m. on the exact examination day. For those late comers will not be acknowledge on the room.
NLE examinees must wear their prescribed dress code. Male and Female examinees should wear, “Clinical uniform with white shoes and white socks without the nameplate or school logo while, for those pregnant examinees must wear white clinical scrub suit.
HERE are the needs of Nurses to bring during the day examination:
- Notice of Admission
- Official Receipt
- One piece metered-stamped window mailing envelope
- Two or more pencils (No.1 or No. 2)
- Ball pens with BLACK ink only
- One piece long brown envelope
- One piece long transparent/plastic envelope
- Non-programmable calculators
Aside from the official list of Room Assignment provided by the PRC and will be made available through PhilNews.Ph, the PRC also announced some important instructions for the upcoming Nursing Board Examination.
Meanwhile, here are other items prohibited inside the exam venue premises:
- Cellular phones and other electronic gadgets
- Notes
- Books
- Review materials
- Printed materials containing principles or excerpts
- Coded data/information/formula
- Beepers
- Programmable calculators
- Portable computers
- Bags of any kind
