The kapamilya actress Sandara Park was accepted the ice bucket challenge, posted on her official Instagram account which her purpose to raise awareness about amyotrophic lateral sclerosis or (ALS)

According to her, she was honored to participate in ALS ice bucket challenge, the member of popular Korean girl group 2NE1 was thankful to the actress/singer Lee Jung-Hyun for nominating her to do a challenge.

One of purposes of Korean star to do the challenge is to give a campaign and also she gives strength to those persons who suffered in Lou Gehrig’s disease.

After she do the challenge, she will passed this challenge to her fellow singer Im Soo-Jung, actor Lee Jun-Ki, and her brother Cheon doong which member of MBLAQ.

The viral Ice Bucket Challenge has swept the United States and was spread on different social media like Facebook and Twitter.

In this challenge, the participants were recording themselves getting poured with ice water within 24 hours. After they do the challenge, they can also dare the other people to do the same.

If they failed to do the challenge, those participants are also expecting to donate to the ALS Association in US or any foundation who also supporting the challenge who pursuing to research the disease.

Famous persons are also participated this challenge, one of the famous personalities they are:

• Bill Gates who is the owner of Microsoft Corporation,
• Mark Zukerberg, was the founder of Facebook,
• Nonito Donaire, a Filipino boxer was popularly called as “Filipino Flash,” and
• Zayn Malik was one of the members of British boy band “One Direction”.

Some of the celebrities like Sandara Park who tagged to do the challenge are still giving their donations even though they do the challenge.
