Like Zeny Cruz from Las Vegas throwing insult to the Visaya speaking people, Rocelle Agang a Facebook user is adding insult to injured fellow Visaya speaking people.

In her Facebook wall, as you can see it from the original screenshot attached to this article [simply click it to allow you in full viewing], she has mentioned that since Visaya speaking people, especially the people in Tacloban, are ill-mannered attitude that the Typhoon Yolanda is making its way to devastate the place and eliminate people.

Rocelle message reaped a hundreds of thousands comments from Filipinos all over the world and spread faster from various feeds on Facebook.

Lately, Rocelle realized that it was a fault. Immediately, she posted on Facebook explaining that it was not her intention to offend and hurt the Visaya speaking people. Obviously, her joke laughs no one, but hurting the fellow has been done.
