Coleen Garcia just know that in an online controversy when an Instagram user named @jejeromemalvar who waiter commented on her account with the words pertaining he was fire because of she and her grandmother who complained and reported his unknown rudeness in the restaurant.

Coleen shares on her Instagram account and elaborate her side and what really happened and matters. She also cleared things out that she never made a file to complaint against the water.

She explained that the Garcia family was at;

“Ramen Nagi” restaurant to celebrate Father’s Day. When Coleen’s order arrived, she noticed there was a baby cockroach in her food. She pointed this out to the server who apologized and offered to replace her order. Coleen declined the offer.”

And when ask for the bill, they were given a discount that as part of the restaurant’s Father’s Day promo, they got one meal free since they were in a group of five.

Mrs. Garcia presented her senior citizen card for the mandatory senior citizen discount, she was told she could no longer avail of it since they already gotten one meal free. Mrs. Garcia tried to reason that she never asked for the free meal in the first place and that by law a senior citizen’s meals is to be billed separately.

Not once did they say that their server was rude. However, they found it troubling that the restaurant manager never bothered to talk to them about the cockroach they found in their food or the refusal to honor the senior citizen card.

Mrs. Garcia confirmed that the management of Ramen Nagi reached out to them through a family friend after their visit to the restaurant. They were asking if Coleen could take down her Instagram post about finding a cockroach in her food. Since she does not get to talk to Coleen everyday—and in the interest of informing the public about the health safety issue with their food, Mrs. Garcia turned them down.

The restaurant then reached out to Coleen on Instagram and the actress eventually took down the post”because there were no hard feelings on my end,” she said.

They thought the matter had been settled until they were surprised by @jejeromemalvar’s statement that he had been fired.

In conclusion, the family wishes that the waiter should not lose his job for a complaint they never filed and that the restaurant improves its food handling practices.
