Dennis Padilla, a comedian and actor, addresses his children in an open letter while he is in conflict with them.

The Barrettos—Julia Barretto, Claudia Barretto, and Leon Barretto—and their connection with their father, Dennis Padilla, are presently a hot issue online. Because he was the only guy in the family, Leon took the initiative to write their father a heartfelt letter.

Since his father has been calling them out ever since the letter became public, Leon decided to posting it on social media. He feels that certain calls to them sometimes include words that will ruin them, but for the longest time, they choose to remain silent. Leon eventually discussed him in public for the first and only time at this point.

People online criticized the entertainer for bringing up family issues in public. But in spite of all the criticism, he published an open letter to his kids despite all the difficulties.

In his letter, he stated:

“To be your father is the greatest honor I have received. It allowed me to touch the grace of God even for a moment and to see my love made flesh. I have regretfully made mistakes in my life. I may not have been there for you but I always had you in my heart.”

“Sometimes in life there are things that we will never understand why it happened.”

“In the end, I regret all the moments I let slip by. I regret all the times I hid my feelings from you. If I could have but one wish. I would love to spend some time with you. After all, there is not much more to life than that.”
