Andrew E, a well-known rapper, discusses accusations that he bought two new sports vehicles after running for office.
And most recently, he started talking after being involved in reports that he bought two sports cars following the campaign. He joked, “Sobra!” in an interview, in reference to this situation.
However, he remarked, “Sobra, sobra. E, yung pagmamahal kasi. Ang pagmamahal kasi… Pero ang magic dun, hindi ‘yan yung mga dati. Hindi na nga inabutan yung mga rap ko noon.”
Andrew E and Toni Gonzaga were two of the BBM-Sara campaign’s active participants. He appeared as a performer at the majority of rallies. For his outspoken and support from the public of the tandem, he received insults and harsh criticism online, but he remained unaffected.
His main concern about doing it during the campaign season is his recovery. After finishing a film shoot, he experienced some shoulder issues during that period.
And being open about what he received in exchange for supporting BBM and Sara, he disclosed that it was an embrace. The 17th president of the Philippines gave him the embrace shown in a widely shared photo of the two of them.
Based on information provided by PEP, he reportedly responded, “Tell me… tell me anything, tell me anything! Kahit siya ang tanungin mo, tell me anything. Did he give me anything? Yakap. Yun para sa akin ang pinaka-dear. Yun ang pinaka-valuable, yung yakap.”
He says he didn’t lose any friends when it comes to losing friends. Since he is connected with his friends, he is confident that he did not lose any of them. There will be some people who are unhappy, but it won’t reach to the point where the friendship is broken.
