Erwan Heussaff is making round on social media following after his chicken tinola that becomes a local trending on Twitter.

The chicken tinola soup that trends as “chicken water” in the food vlog on Erwan who also shared his own recipe on Instagram.

According to the 34-year-old Filipino-French vlogger, people who love so much with the soup that taste like water with chicken is now can be cooked better with his own recipe. He offers then his own recipe for those who wanted to cook it better tinola.

“Some people were saying that this much-loved soup tastes like water with chicken. I think those people need to cook better tinola. Here is how I do it at home,” he said in the caption.

He also noted that doing something in the time of uncertainty and frustration can be altered when doing what you can change and control. He said that a bowl of soup never hurts.

“In these times of uncertainty and frustration, over our current situation in the Philippines, focus your energy on what you can change and control. A bowl of soup never hurts either,” he added.

In his video vlog, just like the native preparation of chicken tinola, Erwan was using organic chicken with chicken broth, ginger, garlic, green papaya, fish sauce, chili leaves and malungay.
