The Central Luzon police says PSMS Jonel Nuezca, the cop who shot dead a mother and son in Tarlac, had faced criminal and administrative cases in the previous years.
Accordingly, there are 6 other administrative cases filed
“The cases are 2 grave misconduct dated May 9 December 29 last year, Serious neglect of duty, Less grave neglect of duty, Admin case – Grave Misconduct, and a 10-day suspension way back 2010.”
Raffy Tulfo Slams IAS of PNP for Dismissing Nuezca 2 Previous Homicide Cases. However, his cases were all dismissed for lack of substantial evidence from the victims’ company. Apart from that, two previous cases against him were also dropped and closed.
Tulfo slammed IAS for dismissing the cases of Nuezca without removing him from the service.

According to Netizen @nica, “Jonel Nuezca, police. He “surrendered” himself. 2 counts of murder will be filed against him. Apparently, there might be homicide cases against him. Reported that his case is isolated even the killing was caught on a video.”
