Following the viral lady who was confronted by the officers for not wearing facemask while doing laundry in the backyard and for asking her to pay P1k. The woman now is planning to sue the officers for what they did to her.

The woman named, Dina Mapayo is planning to file charges against the barangay officials. This was after her video footage of the confrontation that happened between her and the officials went viral online.

The disappointed woman explained herself that she doesn’t know that even though she is just inches away in her house is that she still needs to wear a facemask. However, the barangay officials insisted that she needs to explain herself in the barangay.

But Mapayo stand for her right and refuse to go to the barangay hall. But according to the officers, every violator in their barangay is required to pay the fine of P1,000.

Recently, the Facebook page “ABS-CBN News” reported that Mapayo is planning to file charges against the barangay officials for their actions. The video elicits comments from the online community.

“Kakasuhan kop o sila ng trespassing, kasi wala silang pahintulot na basta na lang pumasok ng walang pasintabi. Kung sila po ay nagdadal ng batas eh sila nga mismo hindi tinutupad ‘yung batas. Yung face nila lumalabas sa ilong at isa pa, wala silang social distancing,” Mapayo said.
