Mayor Vico is trending because of a video of him was leaked on YouTube arguing w/ a businessman, who left a van & a crane in the middle of a street in Brgy. Bambang & was caught demolishing a house w/ people inside without PERMIT.

According to Mayot Vico, “Dami nang nag comment tungkol dito (some out of context) Marami siyang violation, pero ang MAIN ISSUE rito: Ilang beses na nilang sinubukan magpatayo ng building na WALANG BUILDING PERMIT. Tapos hinarangan ng truck at crane nila ang PUBLIC ROAD. Nakasira pa sila ng humps.”
