Following the closure of the giant network ABS-CBN, a lot of celebrities and performers temporarily stopped performing. One of them is the trio BuDaKhel that consists of Bugoy Drilon, Daryl Ong, and Michael Pangilinan.

The R&B group used to be a part of the ABS-CBN Sunday show ‘ASAP.’ However, on our previous report, due to a recorded conversation between two members of the group, the network heads of ABS-CBN reportedly banned Daryl and Bugoy as claimed by Daryl.

Furthermore, the members have already able to establish their names in the Philippine music scene. Fortunately, together, they also clicked as a group and their song covers on YouTube are becoming popular not only in the country but also abroad.

And recently, the trio has been guested and performed in the GMA show, “All Out Sundays” stage for a special musical treat with some of the Kapuso stars.

Last March, the trio also guested on the Kapuso noontime show Eat Bulaga. For the promotion of their concert  BUDAKHEL Live: Best of the ‘90s. Based on the article from PEP, they weren’t able to promote on ABS-CBN their concert that was supposed to happen on March 20 at the Newport Performing Arts Theater ng Resorts World Manila because of the community quarantine that was implemented on March 15.

Meanwhile, the columnist Jerry Olea said that the male singers from ABS-CBN were the highlight of AOS and he hoped that the group will have more gigs on GMA.
