Pastor Apollo Quiboloy— Pastor Quiboloy, the founder and leader of Kingdom of Jesus Christ, airs his statement regarding the corruption inside the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (PhilHealth).
As we all know, Pastor Quiboloy is a close friend of President Duterte. According to Quiboloy, he believes that the country’s highest leader will expose those who are involved in the PhilHealth corruption.
Recently, the PhilHealth issue of corruption first heard in the social media and television after the fraud legal officer Thorrsson Montes Keith has resigned in the position after revealing in the Senate hearing that the agency was losing a whopping P15 billion worth of funds that have been reportedly pocketed by the so-called ‘mafia‘ in a “syndicate-like” transactions.
With that, President Rodrigo Duterte has ordered the Department of Justice (DOJ) to form a Task Force that will investigate the anomalies in the agency.
Recently, Ombudsman issued a 6-months preventive suspension order against former and incumbent officials of PhilHealth.
