The complainant in this episode is named Reynaldo Cortez who complains about his neighbors who are gossiping about seeing him playing his private part and they talked about it to other neighbors. And the complainant is so ashamed about the wrong news because according to him, the news is not true. Raffy Tulfoo in Action team went to the complainant’s house and it turned out that Reynaldo had mental problems as he went to a psychiatrist. After days of medication, the complainant was back in his normal mental state again.
