The complainant in this episode Mary Girlie Lansa who had an impounded motorcycle last 2015. She already had a release order last November 6, 2017. The police officers who impounded her motorcycle already knew the release order but according to the complainant, they did not want to give back the motorcycle to her. The policeman reasoned that the motorcycle is being kept by them in a safe place since the police station is not a safe place. According to Sr. Supt. Romeo Caramat Jr., said that the policeman’s reason were “baluktot”. Mr. Raffy Tulfo laughed at what he discovered .The policeman was being interrogated by his supervisors and paid for the damage of the motorcycle.
