Here’s one heartbreaking moment in Raffy Tulfo in Action.

The complainant is a mother who had a 5 years old son and wants to take her child from her ex-live in partner who does not want to give her the child. The ex-live in partner refuses because of the reason that she had another guy. But it is in the law that the custody of a young child below 7 years old is with his/her mother and besides they were not married, and they have their own lives already. Mr. Raffy Tulfo intervened and contacted social welfares to take the child in the custody of his father.

The taking of the child has been an extreme moment for both parties because they have a lot of arguments. The ex-couple had a fight at that moment but they were fixed by the social welfare and they had made an agreement.

The child bid goodbye to his father and his relatives and joined his mother on going home.
