Marlou Arizala a.k.a Xander Ford underwent additional surgery to his face to achieve dreams as a celebrity look. Last Sunday’s episode of Rated K, they reveal that Xander Ford add an enhancement of teeth and eyebrows fixed, added extensions to his eyelashes and make his lips reddish.

According to Korina Sanchez, the real face of Xander Ford will be publish on next Sunday episode’s October 1, 2017.

Marlou Arizala a.k.a Xander Ford stated that he is excited and nervous with his surgery. “For my supporters, I need to be strong.”
