Just like any other, the bitter rival of the Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte, Mar Roxas has been going on on trend because of the trending video of his emcee in the campaign he had recently. The video containing a minute and half was originally came from a facebook post.

The emcee of the Liberal Party (LP) rally was telling the crowd to cheer louder, because if they would not they canreceive envelopes.

The emcee stated, “The chant is not loud here. You will not get envelopes. It’s also not loud at the back. You won’t get envelopes later,” In the given video, you can see in the half part that the same man was really giving the woman an envelope because of answering the question right. Saying, “Tamang sagot equals envelope [A right answer equals an envelope],”

The uploader in the video stated in the caption that this happened in Pikit, North Cotabato on March 31 just before the incident in the Kidapawan farmers happened.
