Pop star singer Justin Bieber was caught by the police involved in drag racing in Miami Beach, driving with expired license, under the influence of liquor and the police said the singer actor Justin Bieber resisting the police arrest.

Police officer arrested Bieber for his violation of driving under the influence of liquor. He was stopped by the police from his rented yellow Lamborghini alongside another car of red Ferrari with its driver ready for the racing in a main Miami Beach street.

The police said, two SUVs blocking off the road in order that the racing of Bieber with his friend can materialized.

During the arrest, Bieber was reportedly resisted the arrest, cursed at police officer but later the singer admitted that he had consumed alcohol, pot and prescription drugs, the police officer said.

Bieber brought to the police station but he was released from jail after a judge set bail amounting to $2,500. The police said, if he is convicted he will be facing six months in jail, but according to experts, Bieber will likely get off and will be sentenced only a lighter considering for his first offense.

According to the report, the 20-year-old Bieber did not attend the hearing on Tuesday in Miami-Dade county court, but it says, Bieber has pleaded not guilty to the charges against him.
