After suffering from dreadful damages caused by the most powerful typhoon in the history named “Yolanda” in the Philippines and “Haiyan” for the international name, there are people blaming that the catastrophe suffered by most Cebuanos in Visayas region was the punishment by God to the Filipino people.

According to Jim Solouki, author of the article published in creationsciencestudy.wordpress.com entitled “God is punishing the Philippines”, he mentioned that the Filipino people are suffering this calamity because of the country’s tolerance of homosexual, prostitution, Catholicism and many other sinful manner done by the wicked people.

In his follow up article addressed to the Filipino people, he is citing the punishment from other countries like the 9/11 attacks in the United States, hurricanes, and other disasters lashing America as God’s punishment in the country, the meteor impact to the land of Russia and nuclear meltdown, China was punish by landslides, and tsunami in the rich country of Japan were all God’s punishment to the sinners.

Solouki is calling the Filipino people to repent that the Philippines nation will be saved from the wrath of God.
