Vhong Navarro, Deniece Cornejo and Cedric Lee are ordered by the DOJ to appear each other on February 14, 2014.

One of the most awaited events in the controversial issue that took place in the condominium unit in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City is the confrontation of both parties between Vhong Navaroo and Deniece Cornejo.

The media, fans and the entire netizens on social media are waiting for the possible outcome of the confrontation that is set on February 14, 2014 to see who will be among the two will come out as the “victim,” since both of them claimed as the victim of the condo incidents.

Vhong Navarro Deniece Cornejo and Cedric LeeAs to remember, Deniece Cornejo claimed during the Startalk interview that she was the real victim in the condo incidents claiming of ‘attempted rape’ by the comedian actor, while on the other side, Vhong Navarro filed simultaneous charges against Deniece Cornejo and Cedric Lee and company for beating him and extortion attempt.

According to the Department of Justice, Vhong Navarro and Deniece Cornejo is scheduled to face each other at the Department of Justice this coming Valentine’s Day.

The DOJ panel of investigation has issued subpoena ordering Deniece Cornejo, Ceric Lee, Bernice Lee, Ferdinand Guerero and Zimmer Rance to appear at the DOJ at the specified date mentioned above.

The names mentioned above are requested to appear before the DOJ in order to answer the filed complaint by Vhong Navarro that includes ‘serious physical injury, illegal detention, grave threats, grave coercion, illegal arrest and blackmail.

The DOJ also ordered Cedric Lee and company to submit their counter-affidavit, because Denice Cornejo in her side has filed already the case against Navarro in which Prosecutor Claro Arellano ordered to consolidate the case of Vhong Navarro that will be handled by the same panel of prosecutors. However, there is no confirmation if both cases will be heard on the same day.

Department of Justice announces the members of the investigating panel that includes Assistant Prosecutor Olivia Torrevillas, Hazel Decena-Valdez and Mari Elvira Herrera.
