After her experience with Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0 came to an end, Carmelle Collado is eager to start over.
The young singer recently revealed that she is preparing for the release of her new album, which her fans should undoubtedly anticipate. Carmelle used the fun term “mapanakit” to describe the project.
Carmelle added that the “pain” she’s talking to isn’t about the songs’ message, but rather about the catchy, danceable beats that will get listeners moving, even if the word typically alludes to heartbreak. The album promises to be upbeat and show off the former housemate’s more vibrant and lively side.
She added that the songs “Rainbow” and “With a Smile,” which express optimism and resiliency, bring back memories of her experience within the house.
Beyond the thrill of her next album, Carmelle disclosed that she would like to write more songs that are influenced by her own experiences, particularly her time spent in the PBB house, if she were given the opportunity to do so. When music originates from a real place, it takes on greater significance for her.
Additionally, Carmelle talks about how she connects with her spiritual life during the approaching Lenten season.
She confirmed that her spiritual life and her passion for music are related. “Pag yung faith niyo talaga sobrang lalim, ma feel mo talaga ang presence ni Lord,” she said, further highlighting how ingrained her faith is in her life.
For Carmelle, faith serves as a kind of meditation in addition to being a source of devotion. She finds purpose, strength, and clarity through prayer and singing, both on and off stage.
Carmelle Collado is taking on a larger role as she joins the next North American tour of Kapamilya stars Kim Chiu and Paulo Avelino, shortly after her successful tenure as the final housemate to be evicted in Pinoy Big Brother Collab 2.0.
