Viral on Facebook is a graduating student who gave her shoes to her mother. It is said that the mother accidentally tore her shoes as she was walking towards the stage.

The student, Anne Rose B. Quinto, was a graduating student at Bago City College. She recently graduated with a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Mathematics. On her graduation day, she walked bare footed after giving her black shoes to her beloved mother.

Many netizens were teary-eyed with Anne’s act towards her 52 year-old mother, Girlie Quinto.

Anne has seven siblings, and she is the sixth among them. Her father is a fish vendor, and their family lives in Luzuriaga Sayo Street, Barangay 30, Bacolod City.
