Vice Ganda and Ion Perez confirmed their marriage in late 2021, as we previously reported. In a 14-minute video posted on Sunday, February 13, the comedian-host shared videos of their simple ceremony at the Las Vegas Chapel in Nevada, USA. The ceremony was held on October 19, 2021, according to the art card posted by Vice Ganda an hour before the vlog.

This compelled Ion to order palaka and kamaru, which he also requested Vice try and eat.

While they were in Pampanga, Ion uploaded a new vlog to his YouTube channel on Tuesday, January 10. The It’s Showtime host revealed at the start of the vlog that he hadn’t eaten exotic food in a long time.

“Pagpasok kasi namin, matagal na akong di nakakakain ng exotic food, last akong nakakain siguro 4 years [ago],” Ion explained.

In the video, Ion orders some palaka (frog) and kamaru (rice cricket), claiming that he has already eaten a portion of them.

“Pero nakakain ka na nun?” asked the person behind the camera, to which Ion replied, “Oo naman, tsaka ahas.”

When the man asked if Vice had previously consumed such foods, Ion exclaimed, “Hindi pa. First time niyang matitikman yung palaka at kamaru.”
