Diaz won the clean and jerk after lifting 93 kg on her second attempt, and she won the snatch after clearing 114 kg on her first attempt.
She lifted 207 kg in total, the best record among the ten competitors for the gold medals in their weight class. The medals round out Hidilyn Diaz’s collection, which now includes an Olympic gold and silver medal, an Asian Games gold medal, and multiple gold medals from the Southeast Asian Games.
