Former Sen. Leila de Lima says she tested positive for COVID-19 yesterday, Nov. 6, and is now experiencing symptoms. She was supposed to attend the hearing on criminal case no. 17-167 today at the Muntinlupa court.

She is now self-isolating and taking anti-viral medications as prescribed by her doctors.

“Now in self-isolation (nothing new for me) in my isolated detention quarters. Taking anti-viral meds as prescribed by my doctors. Resting, reading a novel, praying,” said de Lima.

Last Friday, “Ex-BuCor OIC Rafael Ragos apologizes to detained former Sen Leila de Lima when they met at the Muntinlupa Hall of Justice during a break in the hearing Friday morning.”
