Despite suspicions about their relationship, Julia Barretto and Gerald Anderson appear to be doing well.

This comes after Anderson had a private meal with his girlfriend’s family, as shown in an Instagram photo by the actress’ mother, Marjorie, on Sunday.

“My real friends are my children. Best people ever,” Marjorie captioned the photo of herself and the couple, as well as her four children, Dani, Claudia, Erich, and Leon.

Anderson and Barretto have been dating for more than three years. Rumors of a breakup circulated when the former was linked to Kylie Padilla, his co-star in a future film.

Padilla went on record on Twitter late last month to reject claims that she was pregnant and dating Anderson.

Padilla and Anderson recently finished filming their first picture together, “Unravel,” in Switzerland, where the tale is set.

Anderson has chosen to remain silent about the rumors.
