Cloie and Skarne were married on July 9, 2022, at Djursholms Chapel in Stockholm, Sweden.

Cloie is the daughter of actor Gabby Concepcion and former actress Jenny Syquia.

On October 29, 2016, the 27-year-old beauty queen was the official representative of Sweden at the Miss Earth pageant, which was held at the Mall of Asia Arena in the Philippines.

Jenny announced Cloie’s engagement to her Swedish boyfriend, Fredrik Hill, on her Facebook page on September 17, 2020.

“They’re engaged. Beyond happy for Cloie and Fredrik.

“Filip and I are delighted and so happy that Fredrik is a part of our family!

“He is an absolute gentleman, intelligent and kind, and loves our daughter very much. Two beautiful souls have found each other,” an announcement.

They’ve been together for almost two years.

Cloie has known Filip Skarne, Jenny’s Swedish husband, as his real father since he was a child, when his mother and biological father, Gabby Concepcion, divorced in 1996.

By posting photos from their wedding last Saturday, July 9th, on her Instagram page, Cloie revealed to the public that she and Fredrik are one breast.

According to Gabby’s friend, the actor is currently in America, so the possibility of him attending one of the most important days in his estranged daughter’s life is remote.

Gabby and Jenny married in 1993 at the actor’s home in San Juan City, but their marriage lasted only nearly three years due to issues that ended up in court.
