Alodia Gosiengfiao and businessman Christopher Quimbo, whom she considers to be a “wonderful fit” for her, are currently preparing to get married. Quimbo is not in the entertainment industry.

Yesterday, July 23, the cosplayer revealed their engagement by posting a vlog on her YouTube account that included clips from the moment Quimbo proposed.

“I guess I couldn’t imagine a life without him,” she stated.

“Everything’s just falling into place na parang hindi siya pilit, hindi nira-rush or something, parang napakaganda lang. It’s very pure.”

Later, Gosiengfiao and Quimbo discussed their first meeting and how their romance began. Quimbo told her admirers that he proposed to the cosplayer just one month after they first met.

“At the top of my head before, parang (it felt like) I couldn’t believe someone like him existed. Parang sobrang perfect fit, I guess — naiintindihan niya ako, naiintindihan ko siya,” she said.

In addition to thanking Quimbo for his existence, Gosiengfiao expressed her joy at the prospect of taking their “next trip” together.

Last April, when they were visiting Palawan, Gosiengfiao made her first public appearance with Quimbo. Since then, the couple has been spotted together on a number of occasions, including a trip to the beach, a visit to a museum, and a movie premiere in Los Angeles.
