Bea Alonzo and Alden Richards, stars of the Kapuso series Start-Up PH, revealed the things they learnt from each other.

Bea’s first GMA teleserye work is an adaptation of the popular South Korean drama of the same title. Alden is her first Kapuso leading man.

The two stars are complimentary to one another. According to an article in The Philippine Star, Bea Alonzo emphasized her leading man’s attribute of being “maasikaso.”

“Maybe because he has been working with the staff and the team na kasama namin sa taping. He made sure that everybody was having fun, magaan and I appreciate that about him,” Bea remarked.

For Alden Richards, his leading lady has inspired him to go even further. He stated that Bea may have not realized it, but her outlook motivated him to strive more and accomplish more.

“You just keep going forward, so you won’t get stuck. I get that energy from B. There is no big or small scene. Kapag nasa Start-Up kami, everything was treated equally,” Alden stated.

The star also said that the lessons she learned her leading man, having entered the industry before him, were also lessons she learnt from her past co-stars.

“I’m happy that I can share it with the ones na nakakatrabaho ko na younger than me. I hope to impart that kind of message to the next generation of actors,” Bea Alonzo noted.

When asked what motivates her to keep going, the actress stated that it is her love of performing. She stated that she enjoyed being active and performing her favorite things as an actress. For Alden, living a simple life is what makes him happy.
