Due to Project Nightfall’s reportedly anti-Marcos video, the British YouTuber went to social media and issued an open letter to that as well.
Agon Hare, a Polish YouTuber, artist, and vlogger behind Project Nightfall, created the channel to raise awareness of sensitive and significant world topics.
Through uplifting teachings, the channel hopes to alter lives in one nightfall.
He currently has over 12 million Facebook followers and over 2 million YouTube subscribers.
However, the channel is facing widespread criticism and anger as a result of a now-deleted video allegedly directed at the Philippines’ incoming president, Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos.
In response to the negative feedback, Project Nightfall made a public apology, noting that half of the Filipinos in their film were happy, while the other half were “disappointed” and scared.
Furthermore, Malcolm Conlan, a British vlogger, turned to social media and sent an open letter to Project Nightfall.
Conlan criticized Hare in his open letter for allegedly manipulating Filipinos by circulating “biased video.”
He believes the well-known blogger has no right to profit from “one-sided” videos.
His open letter to Project Nightfall has gone viral, triggering a range of emotions from internet users.
Malcolm Conlan’s open letter is as follows:
The Bongbong Marcos camp has yet to publish a statement in response to Project Nightfall’s anti-BBM video.
