Is Liza Soberano and James Reid working on a new project? Some of their admirers believe so after seeing them out with buddies in Los Angeles.

The actors met music producer Chris “Flict” Aparri during a football game in Los Angeles yesterday, May 19, as seen on Soberano’s Instagram Stories.

Aparri’s Instagram Stories from yesterday also showed Soberano and Reid seated with him at the stated game.

Soberano did not elaborate on what she and Reid are doing in Los Angeles, but they looked to have been greeted by other music business acquaintances.

Marisa Pizarro, a Def Jam executive, met Reid and Soberano through her Instagram Stories yesterday, showing the two with additional companions.

“Welcome back, @jamesandlizasoberano,” she said.

Meanwhile, Reid and Soberano formed a friendship with @ri norton at what looks to be a shop.

It’s unknown whether Soberano and Reid are planning a collaboration endeavor, however several fans have speculated on Twitter about the possibilities.

“One of my dream projects [with JaDine and LizQuen] was for Liza and James to play siblings, and that photo of them makes it eerie [laughing out loud], still extremely surprised no one has used this concept yet,” @soberanoslustre remarked.

Reid has a love team with his former onscreen partner and ex-girlfriend, actress Nadine Lustre, while Soberano has a love team with her boyfriend, actor Enrique Gil.

Reid and Soberano recently collaborated on the actor-music singer’s video for “Hello 2.0,” his collaboration with GOT7’s Jay B and rapper ZI. Soberano, Lustre, Gil, Nancy from Momoland, musician Zack Tabudlo, YouTuber Mimiyuuuh, and TikTok sensation Niana Guerrero all appear in the song video.
