The potential of President Duterte to become Drug Czar has been raised by BBM.

Marcos Jr. added that he has yet to address it with the ex president, but he is welcome to anybody who wants to assist him in his next government.

His term as the Republic of the Philippines’ newest president begins on June 30.

Ferdinand Romualdez Marcos Jr., often known as Bongbong Marcos or BBM, is a Filipino politician and the country’s President-elect. From 2010 through 2016, he served as a senator.

In an interview, Marcos Jr. described his discussion with Duterte, the father of his campaign mate, Vice President-elect Sara Duterte.

“One thing that he was assertive about is that… ituloy mo yung anti-drug syndicate (campaign) na sinimulan ko. Do it your own way,…. palitan mo gawin mo yung… pero wag mo iiwanan yan dahil kawawa ang kabataan natin talagang nasisira ang buhay nila,” BBM stated.

When questioned if he is open to Duterte being his Drug Czar, he answered, “If he wants to.”
