According to a report on Unang Balita on Wednesday, a Filipino and a female Australian national were discovered dead inside a hotel in Boracay.
The bodies were discovered by a hotel employee who was about to remind the two of their checkout time. The causes of the two’s deaths have yet to be determined. An antigen test was performed on both.

According to local media, the visitors had injury marks, citing the Malay, Aklan police district. Initial examinations revealed markings on the visitors’ corpses, indicating that their deaths were not the result of natural causes.
The male visitor was identified as a Filipino national based on his identity card, while the female possessed an Australian passport.
The Malay police commander, Lt. Col. Don Dicksie De Dios, said they are still waiting for an autopsy report to determine the reason for the couple’s death.
