Actress Angel Locsin says even the police, military, and barangay personnel helping them at the community pantry in Quezon City had a hard time enforcing social distancing rules.

“Pasensya na po gusto ko lang i-celebrate ang birthday ko at makatulong sa tao hindi ko po gusto manggulo,” Angel Locsin says in an Instagram video.
