Valentine Rosales’ statement regarding the people they met in another room of the City Garden Hotel in Makati City where they celebrated the New Year with the late flight attendant Christine Dacera.

In his Twitter post, Rosales apologized for using the wrong words to describe the people in room 2207.

“Sorry since I’m very tense and full of emotion to provide nothing but the truth to everyone I used inappropriate words to describe those in 2207. My apologies and thanks for everyone’s support.”

Valentine was one of the accused in the death of Chrisitine Dacera.

His fellow friends named John dela Serna, Rommel Galido and John Paul Halili were detained for a few days by the Makati Police but due to lack of evidence, they were also released.

Dacera was found dead in a bathtub of her room at the City Garden Hotel in Barangay Poblacion. An investigation showed she and the suspects were at a New Year’s Eve party.

The family of alleged r*pe-slay victim Christine Dacera refuted the earlier findings of the Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) that the 23-year-old flight attendant died of an aneurysm.
