Flight attendant Christine Dacera trends online following after the incident resulting to lose her life in a premature time. This was happened when she and her friends celebrated the New Year’s Eve but when the dawn breaks the dark of the night, the 23-year-old found dead in the bathtub.

Police investigation found foul play against her friends present during the celebration. According to the preliminary investigation of the authorities; it was believed that a heinous crime was committed. The victim had lacerations and sperm in her genitalia prompting to the charges of rape and homicide filed against the suspects.

Harold Depositar said on a text message which the same information was sent to the reporters indicating the cause of death of Christine Dacera from the medico-legal marked as “ruptured aortic aneurysm” the same circulates online.

But Depositar also noted that they have not issued any medico-legal report for public consumption. In addition, Brig. Gen. Brandi Usana, spokesperson of the Philippine National Police (PNP) also clarified that there is no body allowed to get a copy of the report knowing it was marked as “confidential.”

Even the three suspects who were already on the police custody as of writing, they’re not allowed to get a copy as well.

On the other hand, PNP Chief, Gen. Debold Sinas, said the case was considered “solved.”

However, Sinas still warning the suspects to voluntarily surrender within 72 hours or else police officers would go hunting them and bring them at the precinct for investigation and interrogation proceedings.
