A witness of the incident told GMA’s Saksi reporter, she said everyone was shocked when they heard like a thunder noise but they saw a car landed from the second floor.

The freak accident took place in the street at the Port Area, Manila. During the interview, the driver of the car from the second floor is going to park but suddenly he broke the window and jump out falls on top the other car parked on the street.

Report said, the head of the 61-year-old driver was wounded but there’s nothing to worry about it compared to the damaged created from the accident.

According to the police investigation, human error is the cause of the freak accident.

However, the owner of the car parked on the street did not know what to do when he saw the seriously damaged of his car.
