Bacolod City Mayor Bing Leonardia has recently lifted the four (4) day Time-Out in the city that supposed to end on August 31, 2020.

According to the report published by Radyo Bandera – Bacolod 103.9 FM, the said Time-Out lasted only until 6:00pm on Saturday by virtue of Executive Order No.56 which lifted the Executive Order No.55 in connection to the Mass Testing in the citywide “Four Day No Movement” period.
