Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission Greco Belgica is helping pastors to receive monetary assistance from the government during the Enhanced Community Quarantine in the country.
The video shared by Belgica on his Facebook account is making round on social media because it contains a promising report that highly appreciated by the pastors all over the country after learning that Commissioner Greco is helping them to received cash assistance from the government categorized into informal sector as they are missionary worker to preach the word of God with no employer.
According to the commissionaire, the pastors were also affected because they don’t have formal work like other employees. Most of the pastor depends only on offering and tithes from their members during the service every Sunday. But during the crisis, churches don’t have regular service due to the ECQ implemented by the government that pastors becomes financially struggled.
In this video, Commissionaire Belgica is calling Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III to ask him if pastor can be included to the informal sector workers and if they are entitled to received monetary assistance.

The video spread on social media as most members of churches shared this video to their respective pastors hopping they can also receive the same amount as informal sector workers are receiving.
Many pastor expressed appreciation to PACC Commissionaire Greco Belgica for bringing their concern to the higher level.
