Viral now in social media is an heartwarming wedding wherein a father do his best to attend his daughter wedding despite of being late and many obstacles that comes in his way.
According to a certain post in Facebook:
Yesterday’s wedding was not about grandness and glamour.
It’s a normal bride-walking-down-the-aisle-moment, the groom was crying and there were happy tears everywhere, when suddenly Tin, our bride stop in the middle of the aisle.
“Bakit po parang ang tagal na nakatayo ni bride sa gitna, ano po nangyayari? First time po yang mangyari dito sa San Agustin Church.” The church man curiously asking me.
I was assigned to do the top shot that day so I really don’t know what’s happening sa ibaba. Nakikita ko lang na parang wala yung Daddy ng bride sa dapat na pwesto nya.
Mukhang ayaw mag lakad ng bride hanggat wala ang daddy nya.
Five minutes have passed, nakatayo pa din si bride sa gitna ng aisle.
We saw some church people and some of the coordinators making a sign for her to go on walking, but the bride stand still. Firmly. “Hihintayin ko si Papa.”
Knowing San Agustin, very strict sila sa oras.
Ten minutes have passed, pero hindi pa din masabi ng mga tao nasaan mismo si Daddy. Sinusubukan nilang tawagan pero base sa itsura ng family nila there are no concrete answers.
Around 15 minutes passed. Paano kung hindi talaga aabot si Daddy?
What happened to him talaga? Nakita namin sya na naunang umalis sa parking bago kami umalis ng hotel. Nasaan na nga ba si Daddy?
More than 15 minutes biglang dumating si Daddy humahangos…
… and the crowd was clapping and cheering, and everyone was so happy, and I cried. We’ve been shooting weddings for almost 10 years and now, it sinks in really hard… it all goes down to that one special thing, FAMILY…

You know what happened to Daddy? Since Daddy is not usually driving here in Manila nahirapan syang hanapin ang San Agustin, so he went back to Manila Hotel to park his car. Tapos nag Taxi na lang sya, at nung feeling nya hindi sya aabot, basta na lang sya nangharang at biglang umangkas sa kung sino mang motor na nakita nya. Nagalit ang may ari ng motor nung una. “Pasensya ka na! ikakasal ang anak ko kailangan ko umabot.”
He might be thinking his little girl is waiting for him.
And yes, she is waiting for Daddy in the middle of the aisle

In the story the brides father suffers direction problem wherein he cannot tell the real place of the wedding that why he was late for almost 15 minutes and the coordinators of the wedding urge to start the bride to walk to the aisle but the bride insist and noted “hintayin ko muna si papa” as a fact the church is very strict on time.
The coordinator then again signal the bride to start walking but still the bride insist and stop until her father arrived and explain he was lost and go back to the hotel and rent a taxi to arrived at the wedding ceremony.
Upon the brides father arrival all where stunned and becomes emotional for the act of the bride father to fight against the odds to attend the much awaited wedding of her little girl.
Almost of the wedding participants clapped their hands and others becomes emotional to what happened, as if it is one of kind event the touches the heart of every individual especially when posted the scenario in social media.
