The Supreme Court demands the ABS-CBN Corporation and ABS-CBN Convergence, Inc. to submit within 5 days in reply to a “very urgent motion for the issuance of gag order” serves by the Office of the Solicitor General.

According to the New5 report, this is done by the OSG in attempt to control the argument and neutralize the issue between the ABS-CBN and personalities in the quo warranto petition.

Recently, the Office of the Solicitor General headed by Jose Calida files a quo warranto petition asking the Supreme Court to forfeit the legislative franchise of the ABS-CBN.
