A man died because of a conflict between him and the barangay councilor of Batangas. Unfortunately, there are a lot of cases like this in the past that leads to the death of someone else’s life. This scenario usually happens in the road where everyone is in the rush and the streets are busy so no one can give their way for others. Resulting in conflicts.

This time, another life was lost because of this conflict. The fight was between the barangay councilor and a businessman.

Based on ABS-CBN’s news report, The businessman and the councilor had there fought at the gasoline station. The councilor is known as ”Manny” was already at the fuel station in Barangay Sinisian when the businessman arrived.

The businessman is Manuel del Rosario 46-years-old. Del Rosario allegedly hit Manny for unknown reasons.

As of the moment, there is still no further information regarding this incident.

The suspect which is the Batangas councilor tried to run away from the area but the businessman ran after him. The conflict between them leads to the use of firearms. Manuel Del Rosario was shot and rushed to Calaca Hospital but unfortunately, he was declared dead-on-arrival.

Based on the report, the suspect has surrendered to the authorities and currently, he is now in jail.
