A netizen named Benzone Kennedy Franes Sepe graduated from State College Agriculture Technology at Davao del Sur, shared his wondrous achievement.

We all know that the Philippines is one of the country that is hardest to grow the Apple tree. It is because of the soil and climate. But that is not considered as a hindrance to Benzone.

Benzone is the talk of the town because he used to grow an apple plant in his yard. A lot of people were wondering, how did he do that?

According to Benzone, he started planting last 2014. He tried planting 3 seedlings of apple in his back yard. The two of his seedlings died, so he worked hard to make his last seed grow. Because there is only one seed left, he remained positive that it will grow.

With the help of the internet and his knowledge about plants, he managed to survive the remaining seedling.

According to Benzone, “I pruned the plant but it did not end there. I found out a proper way on the internet and that the branch should be bent for sunlight exposure.”

And after how many years and months of waiting. Benzone already harvested 4 apples! Many were wondering and asking how was the condition of the plant?

“I cannot see any difference between that and a commercial apple because the juiciness and crunchiness are still there,” Benzone said.

Because of this, he decided to post this video online in his channel, ”Kapatagan Apple Orchard Digos City Benzone”. This will be considered as the first Apple tree that grew in the Philippines.

Here is the video of Benzone:
