Follow up report: 17 days old baby already returned to the mother after abducted by the unknown girl on November 11, 2019 downtown area Bacolod City.

According to the report November 12, 2019, the parents of the primary suspect showed up to Police Station 2 Barangay, Dos Hermanas Talisay City and surrendered the abducted baby to the authority, and the authority returned the baby to the mother.

Thanks to the people out there who prayed for the safety of the baby.

Also Thumbs up to the parents of the primary suspect because of their strong will and good heart by surrendering the baby to the authority.

The primary suspect has been identified as Angelie.
