Cassandra Colleen Chan comes from Bacolod City. Chan passion is ballet, believes that dance and movement therapy can be beneficial for children with special needs, she has developed a home learning kit that families may use for therapy.

This pageant selects official delegates which to competes the international pageants like Miss Universe, Miss Supranational, Miss International, Miss Intercontinental and other minor pageants to represent the Philippines.
