Panaad sa Negros one of the Mother of all Festivals of all individual festival 13 cities and 19 towns and municipalities of Negros Island. The word “Panaad” came from Hiligaynon word means “vow or promise” in celebration and thanksgiving for Divine Providence.

The celebration is held at the Panaad Park, which also houses the Panaad Stadium, and is participated in by the 13 cities and 19 towns of the province. The Panaad sa Negros Festival 2019 will be held from April 8-14, 2019.

This year’s theme “Shinning bright @ 24” Panaad sa Negros is celebrating its 24th year of prosperity.
