Raffy Tulfo in Action is a public service affairs program that helps Filipinos who are in need and in trouble. This program gives public service like no other, reaching out OFWs abroad who are abused and mistreated by their employers. Here’s another episode of Raffy Tulfo in  Action.

The complainant in this episode is named Lorina Cobillo who complains about her husband named Rufino Cobillo, who had an affair with another woman and does not support his children financially for almost 3 years already. According to the complainant, she was in abroad when her husband stopped supporting his children but instead, he gives finances to his mistress and she was okay with the other woman of her husband, and all she wanted was Rufino’s financial support for her children. Rufino was obliged to give a monthly support of 4000 pesos to his children and it would be a salary deduction and would be given to the complainant every month from Rufino’s employer.
