The complainant in this episode is a couple named Jenny and Fernando Yuson, who complains about a company named Ropali Corporation. The couple complained about their vehicle who does not have OR-CR since they had purchased the vehicle on 2016. The couple stated that the Ropali Company always gave them excuses each time they ask about the OR-CR. The registration officer of the said company was asked by Mr. Raffy Tulfo about the status of the OR-CR but the officer responded a lame answer that made Mr. Tulfo taught him a lecture.
