The complainant in this episode were named Agnes and Rodessa Icao complains about a Laundry shop who pays them 300 pesos for 12 hours with no holiday pay. According to the Sector Head of Nice Hotel Mandaluyong Branch named Reynold Zenarosa explained that they had an agreement with the complainants that their boarding lodge were free that’s why their job is only 300 pesos. Mr. Reynold agreed to fix the problem.
