Mr. Tulfo speaks about survey companies who prioritize the one who a lot of money in order to have a high rank in the surveys of best public service affairs.

One of the complainants in this episode is named Lory Copiat who complains about his irresponsible husband who left her with their children for another woman. One of the complainant children calls the attention of their father because they have nothing to eat and their younger brother is crying because he was hungry. Their calenderia was closed because the capital had been spent for their expenses. The complainant also said that her husband hurts her. Mr. Raffy Tulfo gave the complainant financial assistance to open up again the calenderia.
